At RAVEMEN, we stand by the quality of our high-performance cycling lights and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all mounting brackets, charging cables, and manuals included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
